The design and construction of Jieyuan has gone through three years. The owner of Jieyuan, an entrepreneur, bought a modern villa with a garden in the suburbs of Beijing a few years ago. The master entrusted us to design the garden part for him, and he would walk in a leisurely way on weekdays to eat tea and watch fish.
The prototype of Jieting is a pavilion with light double roof structure designed by the studio in 2017. The buildings in Jieyuan are designed based on this prototype. Panasonic Hengqin in the park and wine is cooked around the pavilion. Therefore, we will start to build an introverted contemporary garden. In the face of the balance between the current situation of the project site and the demands of the garden owner, we will achieve the purpose of place experience where daily leisure life overlaps with poetic scenes
