设计理念：观海听涛艺术酒店位于四川西昌市邛海边，背山靠水，依山而建。在酒店内可直观邛海，”观”字，既有看与观赏的含义，故用观字体现酒店的经营理念

Design concept: The Sea View and Tingtao Art Hotel is located on the Qionghai Sea in Xichang City, Sichuan Province. The Qionghai Lake can be visualized in the hotel. The word "view" has the meaning of both seeing and viewing, so the word "view" is used to reflect the hotel's business philosophy
